How we use it

We use this information to operate the service: answering routine crew messages, escalating true emergencies, and sending your morning summary. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the messaging providers needed to deliver the service.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about your operation, and you can ask us to correct or delete it by emailing contact@coldcertainteam.com. Cancelling the service stops all future collection.
