These terms govern your use of Coldcertain's night-watch triage service for commercial cleaning operations.

The service

Coldcertain answers routine night-crew messages on your behalf and escalates suspected emergencies to your on-duty line. You remain responsible for your sites, your crews, and the final response to any event — the service is triage and notification, not emergency response.

Trial and billing

New operations start with a 7-day free trial. Continuing past the trial starts a paid subscription at the rate agreed when you booked your setup call. You can cancel at any time by emailing contact@coldcertainteam.com.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate escalation contacts and to keep them up to date. You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or attempt to disrupt it.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coldcertain's liability is limited to the fees paid for the month in which an issue arose.
